The Bible

The Holy Bible is true, authoritative, and sufficient for guiding humanity, the Church, and the world toward eternal good. It reveals God and instructs us in loving, worshiping, and serving Him. 2 Timothy 3:16-17

God

There is one true God, the Creator, existing eternally in three distinct persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This reality is known as the Trinity. Matthew 28:19

Creation and Sin

Everything exists for God's glory, and humans were created for a relationship with Him. However, through Adam's sin, all humanity inherited a sinful nature that separates us from a holy God. Genesis 1:27, Romans 5:12

The Consequence of Sin

Sin separates us from God's perfect presence, leading to physical and spiritual death, which affects every aspect of humanity. Isaiah 59:2, Romans 6:23

Salvation Through Christ

God sent His Son, Jesus, to rescue humanity. Born of a virgin, Jesus lived a sinless life, died on the cross, and rose again to offer salvation to all who trust in Him. John 3:16, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

Resurrection
and Return

Jesus rose from the dead, ascended to heaven, and will return to judge the world. There will be a physical resurrection of the dead, leading to eternal reward or punishment based on one’s response to Christ. Acts 1:9-11

Faith and
Repentance

Reconciliation with God and eternal life are found only through faith in Jesus Christ, which leads to true repentance from sin. Ephesians 2:8-9

God’s Love
and Call

God loves everyone and desires a relationship with us. Salvation is available to all who seek forgiveness and new life in Christ. 2 Peter 3:9

Baptism

Baptism is a public profession of faith in Jesus Christ, symbolizing a believer’s spiritual death, burial, and resurrection in Christ, practiced by immersion as an act of obedience following salvation. Romans 6:4

Communion

We practice open communion, inviting all believers in Jesus Christ to partake in this sacred act, regardless of church membership. Communion is reserved for those who have surrendered their lives to Christ, repented of their sins, and placed their faith in Him. Luke 22:19-20

Secondary Beliefs

Our views on divine sovereignty, believer’s baptism, the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and complementary roles of men and women, along with our denominational ties to Baptist traditions and ACTS 29 network for church planting.
