That’s why we created The Path, a church-wide discipleship model designed to guide every individual into a deeper relationship with Christ.
The Path is a straightforward framework to help you understand where you are spiritually and what your next steps are in growing as a disciple of Jesus. It’s about moving beyond programs and events to a holistic process that leads to transformation in Christ.

This phase is about finding your place in the body of Christ and experiencing life alongside others as you take your first steps of faith.

Through discipleship resources, biblical teaching, and personal spiritual practices, this phase equips you to grow in Christ-centered living and strengthen your faith in meaningful ways.

Step into leadership and disciple others as you take ownership of your faith. Whether leading a group, ministry, or outreach opportunity, this phase equips you to influence others, model Christ’s heart, and serve in impactful ways.
Leadership is about using your gifts to serve and guide others toward Christ.
Multiply your impact by leading larger groups or ministries.
Expand your impact by investing in others and advancing God’s Kingdom.
In this phase, you’ll take on larger responsibilities by leading ministries, mentoring disciples, and equipping others to grow in their faith. Multiply your influence to see God's work flourish through you.

Live on mission as a disciple-maker in the world. Being sent means actively participating in church plants, global missions, or starting new ministries.
This phase challenges you to bring the Gospel to the ends of the earth, living out the Great Commission and advancing God’s Kingdom wherever you go.
