While we have vibrant events, dynamic ministries, and engaging groups, we recognized a missing piece—a clear, intentional path for personal discipleship.
That’s why we created The Path, a church-wide discipleship model designed to guide every individual into a deeper relationship with Christ.
The Path is a straightforward framework to help you understand where you are spiritually and what your next steps are in growing as a disciple of Jesus. It’s about moving beyond programs and events to a holistic process that leads to transformation in Christ.
Events
Church-wide opportunities for connection and outreach.
Ministries
Discipleship focus for Men's, Women's, Marriage, and Family Ministries.
Groups
Community groups, missional communities, and specialty groups like Re|Engage or Freedom Groups.
Personal Discipleship
The Path focuses here, providing a structured process for individual growth.
Our vision is to see whole disciples who are:
Grounded in Christ
Growing spiritually and biblically.
Known in Community
Living in authentic relationships within the church.
Serving Others
Using their gifts to bless others.
On Mission
Living out God’s purpose for their lives.
The Path is organized into six areas of spiritual growth:
Discover who Jesus is and what it means to belong to Him. Whether you’re seeking answers or new to faith, this phase is about understanding the Gospel and experiencing the hope found in Christ.
Are you exploring the truth of the Gospel or stepping into faith for the first time?
Start here to build a foundation of belonging in Jesus.
Build a foundation as a new believer and grow within a biblical community.
Learn the basics of prayer, Bible reading, baptism, and connecting with the church family.
This phase is about finding your place in the body of Christ and experiencing life alongside others as you take your first steps of faith.
Deepen your understanding and develop spiritual habits.
Deepen your understanding of God’s Word and develop spiritual habits that transform your life.
Through discipleship resources, biblical teaching, and personal spiritual practices, this phase equips you to grow in Christ-centered living and strengthen your faith in meaningful ways.
Equip yourself to lead and disciple others.
Step into leadership and disciple others as you take ownership of your faith. Whether leading a group, ministry, or outreach opportunity, this phase equips you to influence others, model Christ’s heart, and serve in impactful ways.
Leadership is about using your gifts to serve and guide others toward Christ.
Multiply your impact by leading larger groups or ministries.
Expand your impact by investing in others and advancing God’s Kingdom.
In this phase, you’ll take on larger responsibilities by leading ministries, mentoring disciples, and equipping others to grow in their faith. Multiply your influence to see God's work flourish through you.
Live on mission as a disciple-maker in the world.
Live on mission as a disciple-maker in the world. Being sent means actively participating in church plants, global missions, or starting new ministries.
This phase challenges you to bring the Gospel to the ends of the earth, living out the Great Commission and advancing God’s Kingdom wherever you go.
