Eight years ago, Mitch came to a realization: while his life was full of blessings, his walk with Christ lacked purpose beyond receiving. It was time to stop being a consumer of Christ and start living as a disciple. That turning point led him into local ministry work, where he quickly discovered the life-changing joy of serving others and witnessing God move in powerful ways. Once he experienced what true discipleship looked like, he was hooked.

As a Local Mission Partner Lead, Mitch combines his heart for service with his experience as a teacher, executive leader, and coach. His role at The Well allows him to pour into local missions, equipping others to serve and engage with those in need. He is deeply grateful for a church that supports the mission of making Christ known through action.

Now retired from a career as a software engineer specializing in securities, Mitch enjoys spending time with his wife Pam, their family, and their dogs. He also loves golf, traveling, and outdoor sports.

Mitch is continually inspired by the grace of God and the stories of redemption he encounters in ministry. He believes every broken soul deserves a chance to encounter the Gospel and be transformed by Christ’s love—and that ministry can be the catalyst for second chances.
